AV Requirements

The Adventure of Change AND Wisdom of the Mountains
Both Presentations REQUIRE the Following:
• · One (1) lavaliere microphone (cordless, remote)
• · Extra-large screen
• · Rear or top projection preferred; screen angled in the room will also work
• · LCD projector (1600 Lumens Minimum) for PowerPoint presentation
• · AUDIO Capability for PPT - Jeff has music embedded into his PPT
• As backup, CD player - plugged into the sound board - to be run by Technician
• · Riser lit by wash (or spot) allowing screen to remain dark
• · No lectern please
***Jeff would appreciate access to the meeting room at least one hour before he is scheduled to speak.
