Preparing for the Journey
The Adventure Quotient
We prepare you for the journey of discovery through a self-assessment of you and your team's Adventure Quotient. Developed from the Six Steps to The Top, the A.Q. provides a workshop map that fits your distinctive leadership and team requirements. This effective tool will evaluate your current strengths and challenges and identifies the qualities of you and your team's unique adventurous character.
Exploring Inner Landscapes
Where are you? Where do you go from here?
To get where you're going you have to be clear about where you are. We use a simple model of self-exploration called Triangulation created by Way of Adventure guide Paul Brenner, M.D., Ph.D. Triangulation is a term used by adventurers to describe the process of plotting their exact coordinates by determining their relationships to identifiable landmarks around them. Our triangulation technique provides you with tools to pinpoint your starting location as you begin your journey of discovery. This basic, yet profound, process helps you to work with "difficult people" and develop a compassionate outlook in your personal and professional life.
Mapping the Territory Ahead
Your Personal Expedition Plan
Way of Adventure trainings focus on creating change and making the subtle course corrections thatover timedramatically affect outcomes. Innovation, creativity, effective communication, leadership skills, vision and perseverance are just some of the qualities that help any successful explorer navigate dynamic change. We believe that today's business leaders must also posses these qualities. We provide you with our own personal "Expedition Plan" that will guide you as you return to the rugged terrain of your personal and business environments.

Adventure is, by definition, action oriented. When you move from that which you know and are secure about, to that which you don't know and are insecure aboutthat is the beginning of adventure. Success comes only from taking risks...and taking action.
